MONEY FOE RELIEF WORKS

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WASfGAXtn, 30th November. Major G. A. C. Cowpor, of Western Federation Airways, made the first landing at Wanganui's airport this afternoon. To mark what was really the official opening of the port, he was welcomed by Mayor Rogers and representatives of the Wauganui Aero Club. It was a perfect landing, and an | equally perfect take-oft. Wauganui will be a port of call daily in the service between New Plymouth find .Wellington. • ■ Mr. Burgess,.president of the Aero Club,'announced that ;the club_ had £100 available "for unemployed relief.
