ANNUAL MEETIXG

'There; was a representative attendance j»f members at the annual meeting of the .Wellington Master Builders' ami Contractors' Association, held" on Thursday Evening last, Mr. W. I. Clark, president, presiding. The annual report dealt extensively with •ihe activities conducted by the association during the past year.' Downes; employere/ representatives Carpentry- and Joinery Trade Apprentice-whip-Committee, Messrs. AY. Parkin, C. G. Johann, C. H. Downes, H. T. Boddy. IVfcssrs. A. B. I'raser, 3. W. Andrews, and A. Fletcher were appointed to.represent tte association at the annual conference of the New Zealand Master Buildfti'S 3 Federation, to be held at Invercargill on the 25th and 2Cth February nest.

The meeting unanimously voted £7 7s ftjC prizes- for bona fide apprentices attending the carpentry, joinery, and building construction classes at the Welling*oll Technical College, the allocation of the prizes to-be left to Messrs. C. G. johann and C. H; Dovrnes.
