A fifteen-year-old boy had a narrow escape when the building in which ha was sleeping at his home at Park ter« race, Fendalton, caught fire early this ( morning. The building, which was detached from the house and comprised a motor garage, washhouse, tool house, and bedroom, was destroyed. The boy, who occupied the bedroom, was awakened by the sound of tho fire, and got outsido. clad only in his pyjamas as tha flames burst into the room.
