(Received Ist December, 2.45 p.m.) LONDON, 00th November.' "There is nothing to be alarmed about," said Mr. B. Shinwell, Secretary of Mines, in regard to the coal crisis. "Whatever happens will be of short duration. The men displayed great forbearance in trying circumstances."
