SUSPENSION MOTION BULED OUT . j CANBERRA, 13th November. The Speaker, Mr. Makin, in the House of Representatives, ruled out of order the motion by Mr. J. G. Latham, Leader of the Opposition, for the suspension of Mr. E. G. Theodore. Later, Mr. Latham asked: "Is the Acting-Prime Minister prepared to take action to amend the Standing Orders to enable the House to protect its "honour and dignity in the case of members being found guilty of fraud, dishonesty, and corruption?" Mr. Fentou declined to answer a question couched in such terms.
