The,capital of Strawboard, New Zealand, Ltd., having been subscribed, the company has gone to allotment. The capital of the company is £80,000, divided iuto 80,000 £1 shares. The objects of the company,, as set out in the Memorandum of Association, are: (a) To build at Timaru a strawboard manufacturing works' on a site already secured; (b) to equip such works in strict accordance with the latest and most scientific methods and principles; (c) to develop the strawboard and cardboard industry to an extensive degree; (d) to develop subsidiary and kindred industries as demands and conditions warrant.
