SERIOUS CHARGES
CARRYING A REVOLVER
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHKISTCHUKCH, This Day. Alleged by tho police to have been found in the streets with a loaded revolver, Thomas Edward Lionel Kelly, aged 23, appeared before Mr. Lawry, S?M., to answer a charge of demanding money with menace from Timothy 1 Ryan,, with intent to steal. The ac- ] cused was remanded until 18th November. Kelly was also remanded on a chargo of carrying a revolver without lawful excuse. Tho circumstances of the case were not revealed, but when Mr. Lascelles asked' for bail Sub-Inspector O'Hsu-n, objected. He said that the matter was serious, as tho accused was found 111 the streets with a loaded revolver. Bail was fixed at £100.
