LABOUR DEMAND
CABINET RECONSTRUCTION

LONDON, 7th Novemebr. The "News-Chronicle" says that Mr. Bamsay Mac Donald must shortly; 'face a. Labour demand for the complete reconstruction of Cabinet. The reconstruction, the paper adds, will involve the resignation, of Mr, Philip Snowden, Mr. A. V. Alexander, and Captain "Wedgwood. Benn, owing to Mr. Snowden's refusal to permit the raising of a loan for unemployment relief w.orks. Mr. Eamsay Mac Donald denies the rumours of a Cabinet split over unemployment. Mr. Snowden declares that the state, ment that a group is pressing for hit resignation on the ground that he i» obstructing an unemployment loan "is a deliberate invention.
