United Press Association—By Electric Telf Craph—Copyright. (Received 10th November, 10 a.m.)] LONDON, 9th November. "The Observer," in an editorial, headed "Labour's Coming Collapse,' doubts if when the moment comes Mr. Mac Donald will ask for a dis« solution. It thinks that Ministers will resign and cross the floor, and then Mr. Baldwin, if he takes office, must ask for a dissolution. "If he makes his Cabinet anything like the last, it would be, damaged befora the General Election. We remain of opinion that the greatest public need is for a National. Government, • including,, if possible, Labour as well as Liberal leaders to hold office at least until the new Indian Constitution is passed in- both Houses, which cannot be for twely« , months."
