A fractured left ankle was suffered by B. J. Grace, a carpenter, as the result of a hatch cover falling on his log while he was working in No. 5 hold of the Rangitane on Saturday afternoon. Dr. Austin attended to the injured man, who was afterwards removed to the Hospital by the City Ambulance.
