Hooker took five wickets for 2S, and Stewart three for 25. New South Wales :n the second innings has lost five wickets for 317 (BraJman 121, Kippax 104, Alsopp not out 52). Both Bradman and Kippax started quietly, but the latter gave a tine display of drives, hooks, and cuts. Each man on passing the century look liberties and paid the penalty, but over 12,000 spectators were delighted with tlieir idols' performance. Doverson's bowling accounted for the two champions, and Fairfax, who was out lor six.
