PROFITABLE VENTURE
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, 6th November. It is announced that the totalisator receipts thus far for the year exceed three millions sterling. It is expected that the year will end with' a revenue six times greater than last year's total, which was £530,000. The profit of the Betting Control Board is certain to exceed £200,000.
