TT is hereby notified that the usual Junior and Senior Public Service Entrance Examinations for Shorthand-Typists will be held on the 22nd November, 1930. In addition it is proposed to hold in the four main centres on the 29th November the Intermediate Examination with Shorthand at the rate of 130 words a minute and Typewriting at the rate of 50 words a minute, and the Special Examination with Shorthand at the rate of 150 words a minute and Typewriting at the rate of 50 words a minute, as were held last year. Applications close 24th October, 1930, but late applications will be received up to Bth November if accompanied by a late fe? of 2s 6d in addition to the usual entranc fee of 5s for the Junior and 10s';'or the Senior Examination; aud a late fes of 5a in addition to the usual entrance fee of 15s for the Intermediate and £1 for the Special Examination.
