SERVICE TO MOTORISTS
j (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANTJI, Ist August. At a conference of the Wangunui, North Taranaki, and Manawatu Automobile Associations here to-day, it was decided to adopt the suggestion that to ensure a better road service for members an amalgamation take place, particularly with regard to fhe control of service officers. The scheme is the outcome of the Wanganui agitation for a North Island service, and will apply mainly to signposting and the duties of service officers. ' Wanganui has been chosen as the headquarters for this coast.
