SCOUT PRODUCER
MAKES SUCCESSFUL FILM
LONDON, 2nd July.
Critics unite in praise of a Boy Scout film produced by British Instructional Films, and directed by Kalph Smart, the 21-year-old sou of Captain C. H. Smart, of Australia House.
Though Smart's first film was made for distribution among scouts' organisations ,only, and acted by Scouts who were totally inexperienced, it has been so successful that a West End run is being arranged. It will also probably tour the Dominions.
