DAMAGED MOTH

■NEW WING AND FUSELAGE

The engine of the Wellington Aero Club's new Moth, which was damaged on Tuesday afternoon by a forced landing outside the aorodrome, has been found to be in good working order. Only one now wing will be neoessary; slight repairs to two of tho others will make them airworthy!l again. The greater part of tho undercarriage is undamaged, but it is expected that the fuselage will have to be rebuilt. Although the damage is not as extensive as was at first estimated, it will bo some wijeks before the machine is ready for the air again.

The members who have qualified for their "A" licences, at the weekly meeting of members last evening, presented Captain G. L. Stcdman with an inscribed silver cigarette case in recognition of his services as instructor. ,
