Accurate centring was next to impossible, and it was* a wo»der that any bright movements took place. The game was of the "kick-and-rush" kind, and any attempt at playing in combination was abandoned early in the first spell. Individual play predominated, and indeed some very pretty encounters were staged. The teams were: — Island Bay: Restieux, Moug, Wheeler, Kerr, Thomas, Corrin, Reader, Mason, Hayman, Tricker, Hepburne. Technical Old Boys: Redmond; Bognuda, Edwards; Harland, Raxworthy, Paston; Stewart, Clintworlh, Woolescroft, Torriugton, M'Alillan.
