\n eMit-mile run was held at Irentham on" Saturday by the Scottish harriers, ,-25 runners competing. The trail led from the racecourse, round the back oi the camp up to Upper Hutt, coming back via Wallaeeville. It was a typical crosscountry course. Before the race commenced the members of the teams to go to' Christchurch next Saturday to compete for the Kennett Cup held a brief practice. The teams will be as follow: \ Team: A. L. Stevens (captain), V. B. Silver. L. Sinclair, W. Zander, M. \iohch, and !!.■ Lawer. B Team: E. I*. Smith (captain), H. Ellis, A. Hivan, and J. Buchanan Next week's run will he held at Lyall Bay. .
