VANCOUVER, 21st May.
The British Columbia Government today delegated the Premier, Mr. Tolniie, to arrange a welcome for Mr. Fenton here on Sunday. He will address two Canadian clubs at Vancouver and one in Victoria. He sails for Sydney • in. the Aorangi on Wednesday. ' The Trade Board is. sending a.delegation 200 miles to Jasper to meet Mr. Fenton and to accompany him here.
