SATISFIED SPORTSMEN
To bag sixty-eight ducks "and fiftyfour swans in the first three days of the season -was the experience of two Christchurch sportsmen who have just returned from Lake Ellesmore (states the "Christchurch■"Times.")'- "The first.day was the best, "they said, "but wo had good sport for the next two." Earlier reports from the lake seemed to point,to very small bags, but these two men were well rewarded for their trouble. They state that the sport is not as good now as it was at the beginning of the season^
