BABIES' THUMB PRINTS
IDENTIFICATION IN VIENNA
VIENNA, 7th May.
It has been decided that babies' thumb prints shall bo taken in future at municipal nursing homes. Thus when a baby is handed to the mother before her departure, the register in which both the mother's and the baby's thumb-prints are recorded will be available to prevent risk of interchange. ■
