Eepresentative poultrymen from all parts of the Wellington district met in Wellington yesterday afternoon and decided to form a Wellington Provincial Council of the New Zealand Poultry Association. Mr. Si G. Batten, of Paraparauinu, was elected secretary and treasurer for the time being. A further meeting will be held later to confirm the constitution of tho council and to elect other officers.
