KILLED BY A HORSE

TAURANGA, This Day. A youth, Clarence Arthur Neilson, aged 17, employed as a general farm hand by Harold Bear, at Papamoa, jumped off a wagon on Tuesday afternoon to open a gate. As he passed the horses, one kicked out and caught him in the abdomen. He was taken to the Tauranga Hospital and operated on the same evening, but died yesterday afternoon.
