A CHANGE OF NAME

(To th| Editor.) Sir,-^Amongßt the weil'Cpnducted Jiomei of our city, tho Home for the Aged, and Neqdy stands gut pre^gmraent. It i» indeed a haven of rest- for many, who in the battle of life have not in a material sense emerged victorious. While some old friends of mine who have found refuge in this home admit all its benefits; admit ' they are old, and admit they are poor, they are not unnaturally sensitive to having these facts rubbed in. Why not change the name to, say, "Wellington's Old Colonists' Home"? Surely this cart be done, and would give pleasure to the worthy; colonials who live there. Let those with power and influence, those who say, "Go," and he goeth, and "Come," and he Cometh, do this small thing, and earn a blessing. —I am, etc., SEVENTY-FOUR.
