The grass tennis courts are now open at Day's Bay, and there are ample asphalt courts at both Day's and Rona Bays to suit all tennis enthusiasts. Special buses are scheduled to leave Petone at convenient hours to suit residents of Petone and the Hutt. The bush is most picturesque and the beautiful sandy beaches are ideal for picnic parties and safe for bathers.
