ANNUAL SCHOOL SPORTS

A fine day favoured Chllton House School for the annual sports, after a postponement from the previous day. The senior championship was won by Noeline .Cramond: The cud presented by Miss M. Caughley.,for jumping was won by Marjorie* Murray; the senior running championship' by Dudley Carstens; and the junior championship by Lois M'llroy During he day the annual races between l.hilton House School land Chilton, Saint James were run off, the tetter's* representatives annexing both the relay and 75yd3 events. TII9. trophies for these races were kindly presented by Mr. Amos, who congratulated both teams upon -their splendid performances.- • Mrs. A. V\**ar<l (principal), called for a special rote of thanks for Mr. Cramond, who presented the prizes, and whose untiring efforts assisted Miss Kathleen Miller (sports mistress) to organise and supervise the sports so sue- • cessfully.
