HUTT ELECTORATE
MR. NASH FOR LABOUR
Nominations for a Parliamentary candidate were called for by the Hutt Labour Representative Committee early in the year, and closed on the Bth July. Mr. Walter Nash was nominated by all the affiliated unions and Labour Party branches. His being the only nomination received, there was no selection ballot.
