Page, S.M., this morning, when fining Alfred Dempsey £25 for failing to furnish income tax returns. On. similar charges, John Esau Miles was fined £5, Edmond Kuhn £4, and Joseph William St. Clair .and Joseph Kusdea Salt £2 each.
