USE OF WATER HEATERS
The Tramways and Electricity Committee of the City Council recommended last evening: "That in view of the City Solicitor's opinion regarding the instantaneous water-heaters, the council's previous decision to refuse x'ermits for such heaters beVadhered to."
'Councillor G. Mitchell raised the question as to whethei? the council had the power as "outlined in the opinion.
Councillor M. P. Luclcie thought.that .perhaps .the matter might stand ovei- till it was more fully considered. The recommendation was adopted!
