MINER KILLED

HAMILTON, This Day. Samuel Broadbent was killed by a fall of coal while working at the Eotowaro Mine, of the Taupiri Company last night. Broadbent was a returned soldier, aged 50. Ho was. a married man with no children. His workmate, J. O'Brien, escaped with bruises.
