SYDNEY, This Day. A statement by tho Overseas* Shipping Representatives' Association declares that tho association, views "with concern the additional licavy burden placed upon shipowners by the 4s increase in the Australian basic wage, which will largely benefit waterside workers. It is estimated that the increase will coat the shipowners £100,----000 annually apart from £ 23,000 due to the rojmposition of the child endowment tax.,-.
