TOKIO, Ist May. Thirty thousand on May Day paraded in Tokio. It is alleged that hundreds of women disguised participated. The police precautions were elaborate, and no disturbances were reported. Kain damped the enthusiasm of the few spectators on the route. A thousand seamen were in the procession.
