United Press Association—By Electric Telecrapb—Copyricht. (Received 2nd May, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Ist May. From May Day Britain will be ruled by women. The new electoral lists, including new women voters between 21 and 30, reveal a majority over men of 2:J millions. In the county of London alone women are in a majority of half a million, while several seaside towns, such as Bournemouth and Hastings, have j preponderance of as much as 15,000. Except in one or two industrial constituencies women are everywhere in the majority. In the City of London, however, men are still supreme, with a majority of 4000 over women.
