CAPITAL ADJUSTMENTS.
Increases of capital are reported by the "Mercantile Gazette" as follow:—Natural Brush Co. (N.Z.), Ltd., to £20,000 by creation of 10,000 additional shares of £1 each; Berlei (N.Z.), Ltd*, £50,000 by creation of 25,000 new shares of £1 each; New Zealand' Sugar of Milk and Casein Co., Ltd., to £55,000 by creation oC 5000 new shares of £1 each (preference shares), and of 25,000 new shares of £1 each ("B" ordinary shares). Taupo Development, Ltd., has reduced its capital from 250,000 shares of £1 each to 100,000 shares of £1 each, by cancellation of 150,000 shares of £1 each, which at thi9 date have not been taken by any person.
