GROUND LOST AT TOXTETH
British Official Wireless. RUGBY, 20th March. In the by-election in tho East Toxteth Division of Liverpool, caused by the death of the Conservative member, Mr. Jacob,, which resulted as follows: Mond (C), 9692; Cleary (Lab), 6563; Roberts (L.), 6206, a Conservative majority of 3129, compared with tho figures in the last election in 1924, tho Conservative poll shows a decrease of 0447, Labour a decrease of 57, and Liberal an increaso of 2000.
