NEW BYLAWS
Iho City Council last night adopted draft clauses to amend the bylaws to prohibit the cleaning or dressing of fish on any beach or portion of foreshore in the city which is under the control of the council, and to prevent the playing of football, cricket, or golf, or other games likely to cause damage or annoyance, on city reserves unless written permission is obtained.
