PROCEDURE BEFORE LEAGUE
RESOLUTION ADOPTED

GENEVA, Bth -March. ' The League- Council has adopted the resolution under which the question of minorities has bean referred ,to a Committee composed of Sir Austen Chamberlain, Mr. 'Adatchi, aud Senor Quinones do Leon,, to draw up a report for submission to the June session. The Committee in the meanwhile may receivo observation's from tho Governments of States responsible for the protection of minorities, or .from any States •'* which are members of the League. ' f
