Ambtion of condolence with the,relatives, of the late Sir Charles Skerrett was passed this morning by tho Wellington! Education Board, all members standing. The chairman (Mr. T. Forsyth) paid, a tribute to the character anfr work of the' late Chief Justice. Other members endorsed his remarks.
