BULGAR-JUGO-SLAV PACT

BELGRADE, 7th February.
An agreement has been; reached to reopen tho Bulgar-Serbian frontier, which has been closed for the past two years, and negotiations have been begun for a commercial treaty. It is believed that, a Bulgar-Jugo-Slav reconciliation will go a long way to ensure peace in tho Balkans.
