ANOTHER VICTIM AT BONDI
DIES OF DREADFUL INJURIES

V SYDNEY, Sth February. While surfing, .at Bondi beach this afternoon, John Gibson, of* Excelsior Flats, Bondi, a married.man, about 30 years of age, was attacked by a shark, which severed hig left leg above tho knee, and horribly mutilated tho other log from the buttocks to the ankle. The man uttered a faint cry, threw up his hands and fought wildly. Members of the Bondi Surf Club heroically dragged him to the beach, where it was seen that he was almost beyond aid. He died at St. Vincent's Hospital, a few minutes ' after admission, from shock and loss of blood. The widow is'very ill. . . : •
