KING'S THEATRE.
An attraction which should receive some attention is included In the new programmo which commenced at the King's Theatre last night. This la tho screening of tho results of last week's stage tests of aspirants for screen honours. The. audienco aro provided with voting papers, and requested to give their selection of those best qualified to take parts of hero, heroine, villain, comedian, and comedienne. The star picture of the evening was entitled "Crazy Mazie," in which, tho famous English actress' Lillian Harvey appeared. Timothy Titnius, theatrical manager, has married a widow whose daughter, Kaizlc, is expected home from school. As a matter of fact, Malzie, Instead of going to school, has become a danseuse under the name of Lola. In her home she Is demure and quiet, but as Lola, with a Spanish dress ■ and wig, she is the reverse, and vamps her stepfather and Bobbie Brown, a friend of his. Bobble becomes engaged to Malzie, but cannot resist Lola, so that she plays with them both, finally surrendering to the adoring Bobble in both. homo and stage capacities. The third series of the popular "Collegians" and a topical budget complete an entertaining programmo.
