; Mr. O. B. Cotterell's "Monocoupe" aeroj i)lane, recently imported from U.S.A., -vns officially inspected at the Hutt Park yesterday by Major T.,M. Wilkes, M.C., \ T,Z.P.A.F., who was accompanied by Major L.-"M. Isitt, N.Z.P.A.F., and Captain J' L. Findlay, M.C., N.Z.P.A.F. Unfortunately there' was a high wind blow--1 ing and it was therefore not thought advis- ■ able to make a trial flight. As soon as -' My. Cotterell obtains the official certificate of the machine's fitness it will be flown to Sockburn to enable its owner to obtain his pilot's license.
