. The Wellington. College Board of Governors met yesterday. Mr. W. H. P. Barber presided,' aiid-there were also present Mrs. E. W. Ka4ie/Meisrß.'T. Forsyth, F. Hoidßworth,,';W.> H. .Field, M.P., G. F. Judd (secretary),'; and Colonel Avery. Apologies were received from-the-Mayor (Mr. G. A. Troup)/dnd;Mr.'G; Mitchell. Miss; P. '!,Lane-Brpwn: , wrote accepting the position of part-time physical instructress at the' Wellington East Girls' College. ,i ;;- :.' •■"";■ Seventy-eight applications were received for.the position;'of caretaker at the Wellington' Girls' College, and the chairman and principal : of the college (Miss V. Sreig),were appointed to deal with them. Various small matters of reconditioning and alteration at the Girls' College and college hostel were approved of. v
