AUSTRALIAN INCUNABULA

LONDON, 28th January. An interesting sale is fixed at Sotheby's for 13th May, consisting of Sir Joseph Banks 's papers in connection with the South Seas and Dominions, including some letters from Governors Bligh and John Hunter. One of Governor Bligh's letters, dated February, 1807, contains the passage,'"This sink of iniquity, Sydney, is improving its manners."
