FIRST MORTGAGE DEBENTURE,

It is announced by John Fuller and Sons, Ltd., that on Monday, 4th February, the company will make an issue of £300,000 of Ci per cent, first mortgage debenture stock.

During the past two years an extensive programme of rebuilding has been engaged upon and is now approaching completion. In Auckland a new theatre, the St. James, which is equal to any in the world, has been erected; in Wellington, His Majesty's Theatre has been redecorated and reseated; in Christehureh, the Opera Houso has been rebuilt, and the New Majestic Theatre is at present under construction. The. company also has valuable freehold properties entirely apart from its theatre premises. On completion of the present work, its assets, exclusive of goodwill, will be nearly £700,000, and all are freehold with one minor exception. The debenture issue is being made in order to complete the building scheme and to consolidate tho company's loan moneys into one convenient form.

In addition to this company, Sir Benjamin Fuller and Mr. John Fuller control and are chief shareholders in the following: Fullers' Theatres, Limited (Australia), with assets (exclusive of goodwill) exceeding £1,000,000; Fullers' Buildings Pty., Ltd. (Sydney), with freehold, assets now being completed to a total value of £950,000; Fullers' Theatres (South Australia), Ltd., proprietors of valuable theatre and hotel freeholds in Adelaide; and also Fullers' Pictures, Ltd. (New Zealand) with assets of £125,000. From this it will bo seen' that the Fuller interests are on as largo a scale as ilioso of any entertainment organisation in the world.

The present issue of debenture stock is being made through tho agency of G. Stewart Craig, Ltd., 212, Lambton quay, Wellington (Box 328), and also at Auckland and Christeliurch. The prospectus will be fully advertised in due course. —Advt.
