The theme of tho Bcrcovicl story, "Tho Boar Tamer's Daughter," offered a new outlet for Miss Del Itlo's varied talents. Carewe purchased tho story from Bercovlcl and commissioned Finis Pox to writo a scenario around the Idea so as to take full advantage of Miss Del Rlo's versatility. Fox, who had written two former stories for the Mexican star, knew her needs and immediately set himself upon tho task of writing a colourful story of gipsy lure. Tho result Is "Revenge," produced, and directed by Carowe tor United Artists with Miss Del Rio In the fiery rolo of Rascha, the gipsy queen of bear tamers. Good supports will also bo screened, and appropriate music Is Dlayed by the orchestra.
