It is now anticipated that by the middle of next month the concrete road that is at present under construction between Clivo and Tomoana will be completed. The contractor, working under tho supervision of tho Main Highways Board, has niado great -progross with the work, says tho Napier "Daily Telegraph," and a little loss than a mile of concreting has now to bo laid to finally complete the job. The portion to be laid includes the stretch between Mangaterctcro and Karnnni, whirh is such a bugbear to, motorists at present.
