GENEVA, 25th January. Tyrolese Hauptmann has arrived here after devoting eight years' .travelling over the world to obtain celebrities' autographs. He has collected four thousand signatures in the United States, Tripoli, Turkey, Palestine, Egypt, Syria, Irak, India', China, and in the course of his travels learnt six languages and %vas imprisoned fourteen times.
