IN SERIOUS CONDITION
ALARMING HEART ATTACKS

PARIS, 14th January. Marshal Foch is gravely ill with heart trouble. Five doctors are attending him.

PARIS, 1-ith January. . Six heart specialists are attending Marshal Foch. A bulletin states that he has suffered for several days from a heart attack, necessitating complete rest. The doctors admit that ho recently had several alarming and dangerous attacks.
Marshal Foch has been ill for some weeks, but the seriousness of the illness took Paris by surprise. Marshal Foch is prostrate and very weak. The doctors are hopeful that a slight improvement to-night means that ho has passed the crisis.
