RUGBY, 14th January. Lady Bailey, in her light Moth aeroplane, started this morning from Le Bourget for Croydon to complete her long journey to Capetown and. back. She had been held up in France since yesterday week by fog in the English Channel. She was forced, however, to alight at Le Bourget, it being still misty over the Channel.
